Educator

A committed educator, Jeffrey is a recurring composition faculty member for the Choral Chameleon Summer Institute, which is a New York City-based summer program for choral composers and conductors, designed to immerse students in real-world, practical learning experiences. Before moving to the Bay Area in 2024, Jeffrey served as a professor on the faculty of the Colburn School, where he taught courses in music theory, ear training, counterpoint, and analysis. He has also taught at a variety of educational institutions, including California State University at Northridge, the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, the University of Oregon, and Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory.
